English for Exam Purposes
Whether you’re applying to university abroad or boosting your CV for a global job search, we will equip you with the tools you need to pass the proficiency exams of your choice and attain the score you need.
The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) measures the language proficiency of people who want to study or work wherever English is used as a language of communication.
The IELTS measures an individual's ability to communicate in English across four areas of language: listening, reading, writing and speaking. The IELTS is administered jointly by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge English Language Assessment at over 1,100 test centres and 140 countries. You have the option of taking the General or Academic test depending on your requirements.
The TOEFL® test is a reliable, fair and accurate measurement of the 4 language skills — reading, listening, speaking, and writing — the way they're used in an academic environment. TOEFL scores are accepted by more than 11,000 universities in over 150 countries.
To meet the needs of students who are unable to take the TOEFL iBT® test at a test centre due to public health concerns, the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition test is temporarily available. The test is identical in content, format and on-screen experience to the TOEFL iBT test taken at a test center. It is taken on your own computer at home and is monitored by a human proctor online through ProctorU®. At home administrations are currently available around the clock every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday through June 30, 2020.
